Site under reconstruction

A company with many years experience in health and safety and fleet management had started development of an online tool to manage fleet and related risks.  With a risk management background working on desk top paper processes they were aware of the needs to design a system which managed risks in an holistic manner They tasked Les Owen Associates to test the beta version of the online tool and were so impressed they asked us to contninue to assist with development.  This took the form of advising on fleet issues, attending exhibitions to review competition, assiting with development of the public pages of the tool and then to advise on marketing.  It has continued with further work on customer development with particular aspects of marketing methods and direct marketing to clients.  Additional work has been done to develop a sales team with a comprehensive process for customer enquiries.  Work continues on generating publicity and sales meetings.
